Our first time at a place like this and we were impressed. We're used to regular hotels, but the prices during the summer are at their peaks, so we took a chance on *********** and found Aju. The pictures in the ads are real, the room standard feels new, well maintained, water pressure amazing, air conditioner fine, kitchenette had the basics which was sufficient for our picnic style / take out meals. Located in an old office building and very small but that is the point to save money, we only needed a clean place to sleep, mostly we were walking around the area anyway. Apparently full capacity but we rarely heard noise from neighbours and the hallway. We were on the 3rd floor south side, the window was large and let in good indirect sunlight, half the view was an adjacent condo tower and half open space above another.

Israel is one of the most expensive countries in the world and it is a well-known topic. The big problem is that this is not accompanied by a place and a good level of service in many places. The hotel does not have on-site staff and they do not respond in a timely manner to resolve problems. The water was coming out of the shower leaving everything wet, dangerous and unpleasant. The room is poorly insulated so you don't rest well with outside noise. I would not go back.
