I came with a Belgian group and it was a very pleasant stay . The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and the diner excellent . The view is breathtaking and we thank the staff for their friendliness !

This is my wife and I’s third stay at 7 Arches, even though the remodeling of the hotel and grounds has been in progress for quite some we love it here, the view of the Old City and the Temple Mount is spectacular! The staff is very helpful, the rooms are clean, the air conditioning is great, the dining hall serves very good food! Our favorite time of day is in the late evening when the myriads of mosques announce the call to prayer, from the Old City to Bethany, for non-Muslims we enjoy it… We have no complaints!

A good hotel at reasonable price. Good service. Visit to the city is very convenient, the bus stop is on front door of the hotel. Great view of the whole city from front of the hotel. Good breakfast. Choice of cereal, eggs, different types of croissants, yogurt, olives , cheeses, juices , tea or coffee etc.

Fantastic location on mount Olive. Good wifi range and speed. A good selection of salads and 24/7 availability of coffee / chocolate machine. Plenty of open spaces on the first floor and outside to have group activities. Great views of all major attractions from the front porch

Caution: I was here with a tour group and when we got off the bus we were robbed by supposed hotel employees. Wallets were later found lying empty on the street in front of the bus. The owner of the hotel even knew the 2 thieves by name and refused to report them to the police because it "wouldn't do any good". One of the thieves even boasted about his success on the Internet and we got the information from the owner. Paid cooperation? Otherwise the hotel is good, great location, large rooms and fairly clean.
