I recently had the pleasure of staying at the New Capitol Hotel in Jerusalem, and I wanted to share my fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and friendly service from the staff. They were always helpful with any questions I had and genuinely seemed interested in making my stay enjoyable.

Stayed for 1 night in this hotel. The property is only 10mins away from Al-Aqsa mosque - you will enjoy every minute walking pass the many shops along the way. The room is cosy and the breakfast spread is basic but tasty. The hotel restaurant can get very cramped when they a lot of people. Staff was pleasant, courteous and nice. I had enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

Wonderful staff especially Amir Hashweh. He was amazing and helped us find awesome tours to discover palestine and Israel. I hope that someday, we will find peace and able to accept each other. God protect al-aqsa mosque

The hotel is clean and adequately maintained. Any problems are addressed swiftly and promptly. A filling breakfast awaits you and options for evening meals available too. Wifi very reliable and fast I booked a double and a triple room for a family of 5 adults (one was a teen)
