Great location - very nice hotel. Easy access to the city. Staff was excellent. Food service very good and a great bar. Would definitely return and we do recommend staying here. Rooms very comfortable and well appointed. Bath and shower very good as well

Modern hotel within walking distance of shops and restaurants (but they are not next door). Pleasant sitting areas on first level; friendly staff; comfortable beds. Rooms and bathrooms are small. Bathrooms need hooks/racks for towels, and I had to ask twice to get washcloths. Mini-fridge was provided but needed to be cooler. No ice machines. Food selection in restaurant was diverse, good quality, and large, but it was definitely kosher. We were with a large group.

The best customer service from Katia and Khaled. They treat you with respect and they give excellent service … I would love to come to this bar again! They take care of you and listen to your wants and needs. The best bartenders I believe in Jerusalem.

I booked this hotel based on the overall good TripAdvisor reviews so would like to update with an honest review for those doing the same. The good - Beautiful lobby - Friendly front desk staff - Arma was wonderful, helped us check in early after a long day of traveling and is kind and incredibly helpful - Convenient location to restaurants and the market The bad - The entire room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at check in - Floor is so dirty I keep a towel by the bed to wipe my feet off prior to getting in - Layers of dust on nightstand, wardrobe and lamps - Very few towels given and some are badly stained - I paid for a deluxe room and it is pretty beat up - broken handles on the wardrobe, chipped tile, stains in bathroom floor and every piece of furniture is chipped or damaged -Breakfast is not labeled for allergens, or even ingredients. For those not familiar with an Israeli breakfast, it’s quite overwhelming and confusing The ugly - Bed was broken upon arrival - the middle sank all the way to the floor when we sat on it the first time, however maintenance was sent up and reinforced the frame after we reported it to the front desk -Arma helped to call maintenance to ask them to fix the bed and was hung up on twice before getting through - The shower has a stationary half door which looks nice, but causes water to gush out onto the floor when in use. This causes a flood out to the hallway most times and the floors become incredibly slippery with the water - Few towels are given and a LOT of towels are necessary to clean up the floors after showering - After housekeeping service today, we arrived back to the carpet in front of our door completely soaked where it even soaked the bottoms of our pants standing there for a brief second - I can only assume a mop bucket was spilled and then they left it without attempting clean up -Housekeeping took all towels with them, leaving none in the room today; I called down to request some to be brought up but they never came -I ran into a man with a towel cart in the hall and explained that I needed towels. He was rude, believed me to be lying and demanded to see inside my room to prove they were gone. I declined and he threw me one towel, rolled his eyes and walked away -The shower ceiling started leaking and flooded the bathroom -And the worst, I laid on the bed and pulled the half cover on the bed over myself for a few minutes. When I removed it, I found disgusting stains that clearly had been hidden on purpose by flipping the cover over and not washed -Wrote an email to the manager days ago with some of our issues and did not receive a response back Overall, I hope there are much cleaner places to stay nearby that are better taken care of. Lesson learned to check other review sites before relying on just one.

We stayed for one night during the Succoth holiday with a family of 5. The hotel is excellently located in the center of town with a tram just under the hotel. The place itself is designed in a modern and tasteful manner, the beds were comfortable and the room fully equipped with all you need . The place is clean and well maintained, very nice and friendly staff. We had a great time.
