Warm welcome on arrival and were always ensuring we had everything we needed. Rooms basic but very clean and new towels daily. Good advice on travel around city and close to Herod’s gate entrance to old city. Is presently upgrading facilities and a lift has just been installed

The only good thing about this place is the location - right outside the old city. The food was very poor - few choices, no vegetarian options, poor quality, no filter coffee. The room was dirty, the lock difficult to work, the toilet door very stiff, the sheets old and 'bobbly'.
