I stayed over for 2 days. The hotel itself is good, the food is excellent and so are the staff. The pool and spa was also nice. The rooms however were odd, on our floor the rooms were dated, and did not look close to the pictures on their website. Some areas of the hotel lack cleanliness, for example in the dining room the above lights have stains, the bedroom couch has some minor stains, the place needs a new coat of paint in the hallways and the carpet to our floor was not clean at all, no one had vacuumed it in awhile it seems. It really seems as if lots of areas were renovated while others have been completely left back in time. Overall, a good place for a weekend getaway, I just wish it was a tad bit cleaner but overall still I'd come back.

This is our second year at the Vert and it was absolutely amazing. A very big thank you, to Linoy, for making everything so special, the vacation was perfect. Thank you also to Itai who accommodated to our every need. Coming back again with my family was an excellent choice.

Shame and huge disappointment! We arrived at the hotel at night time it wasn’t possible to look for another hotel at such hour. We paid 1200 NIS and got a shabby, dirty room with smell of socks. The carpet in the room is filthy, the equipment and furniture are of poor quality and very old. Disappointing to report to a five-star hotel and discover filth and disgust.

On the whole we enjoyed our stay. Due to illness, we had to cut short and return a day early. The receptionist promised that the manager would be in contact with us regarding a refund and the fact that we paid for 2 days parking in advance. To date, no one has contacted me.

The view from the upper floors is magical. The rooms are large and have a small balcony, refrigerator, safe, iron, coffee supplies. The bed is comfortable, the linens feel good and smell nice. Breakfast is ample and includes everything one expects from an Israeli luxury hotel. The pool is clean and climate controlled. What makes this hotel special is the employees. Everyone is super helpful. That goes for every department. Reception, housekeeping, kitchen, you name it. You can tell that they choose their employees carefully and emphasize customer service. Everyone gives the impression of really wanting to please the guests, even if it means going out of their way. I highly recommend this hotel.

Business hotel close to the centre, off Jaffa street, with good access and private parking. Rooms are renovated in the last decade, some public areas not yet. Small gym and large pool, outdoors and covered. Breakfast can be magnificent except on specific holidays, when you find yourself on the 21st floor business center eating a very reduced selection. At least there is a good Espresso machine. On Shabbat and other holidays, food and beverage are disrupted and only an expensive buffet is available. Make alternative plans!

The physical hotel and rooms are a little worn out, but acceptable. Biggest issues are location and speaking english. The hotel is very far from old city and other tourist sites. The front desk spoke english, but rest of staff spoke little or no english. There target market is the local, very observant Jews. After 3 nights moved to a hotel closer to the Old City.
