Swimming was very bad , not clean water was cold floor of the pool was very bad , I hurt my floor . Lightning was very bad . Need total renovation

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Hyatt Regency in Jersey City. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch—warm, welcoming, and very professional. The staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort throughout our stay.
The location is absolutely unbeatable. Nestled right on the waterfront, the views of the Manhattan skyline were breathtaking—especially during sunrise and at night. It’s also super convenient with easy access to the PATH train, making trips into New York City quick and hassle-free.
Our room was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with large windows that made the most of the stunning views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful amenities and attention to detail.

This establishment is truly remarkable! The location is highly favorable, the vistas are breathtaking, and the staff members are exceptionally amiable. I shall undoubtedly revisit this establishment in the future. I have attached photographs of the view from my hotel room. My children thoroughly enjoy their time here.
