My assessment of our stay at the Chili Beach Hotel is absolutely negative. - Not up to the standards of a 5* hotel - Room price very high in relation to the quality offered. - room very small and in urgent need of renovation. - the safe was very small and did not work. - the wifi was poor and with poor coverage. - the breakfast was poor and meagre. - the pool was small and poorly designed - the gym with little equipment, part of which was not working. Apart from the fact that it is outside - the hotel is situated on the beach front but between the hotel and the sandy beach there is a cemetery. - For urgent family reasons we had to leave the hotel early and they did not want to pay us for any of the nights that we could not enjoy. Very little sensitivity on the part of the hotel management. In short, a hotel that is not at all recommendable. Not even at half the price. I would rate it with Not more than two stars.

Outstanding… my second time at the Chili beach and, again, a wonderful place to relax. The hotel may not have a view of the Jeri dunes, but the plus is that it is not located on the noisy main ***** of beach. The service is wonderful - friendly and accommodating. The food very good - I loved the breakfast. I stayed the first few nights in an ocean view apartment, but then moved to a garden apartment (seduction). I think it’s fair to say that the garden apartment is nicer one - it’s larger and has better air conditioning. The only advantage of the ocean view apartment in my view is the patio that leads onto the pool area….a great place to chill out. I’ve stayed in several hotels in Jeri over the years and it is Chili beach that I would come back to.

What an amazing resort ! Beach front located with a beautiful view to the see. The staff is extremely friendly and always happy to help. The atmosphere is really relaxing. The villas are spacious and decorated with a lot of taste. The restaurant serves tasty and gastronomic dishes. Cocktails with the sunset in the garden is just wonderful. This fantastic resort is a perfect alternative since it is not far from the center by foot and you can still enjoy peace and quietness. We can only highly recommend this resort !

Passei 4 dias no Chili Beach em uma viagem de descanso e só tenho elogios. Desde a reserva até a saída o atendimento foi incrível. Comunicação rápida, gentil e cordial pelo WhatsApp. A Marcela, concierge, foi demais. Preocupada com cada detalhe e para que eu não precisasse pensar em mais nada a não ser aproveitar o local. Os garçons e demais integrantes da equipe foram ótimos também. O Janderson e o Joy tinham sempre uma boa dica para o dia. A localização do hotel é ótima. Tudo é muito perto para se fazer a pé. E não tem os barulhos dos bares e festas do centro da Vila. Ótimo para descansar. O hotel possui apenas 6 quartos, o que deixa o ambiente muito intimista e acolhedor. Fiquei hospedado no quarto Tentation, frente mar. Foi uma ótima escolha. Quarto confortável, com espaço ideal para um casal, embora minha viagem tenha sido solo. Banheiro amplo, espaçoso, bom chuveiro, amenities de primeira e jogo de toalhas muito bons. A piscina, embora não seja ampla, possui borda infinita, um bar molhado e bastante espaço para tomar sol. Está projetada para ter sol o dia todo. O restaurante do hotel é muito bom também. Para almoço e jantar não é barato, comparado com os demais restaurantes da Vila. Por outro lado é o preço da exclusividade e requinte. Os pratos são saborosos e muito bem montados. O café da manhã não é em formato de buffet. Você assinala, no dia anterior, o que deseja de café e eles já deixam tudo preparado. E se quiser algo a mais, a equipe está pronta para atender. Eu estranhei no começo, mas achei ótimo. Existe uma academia, mas eu não utilizei. Então não consigo avaliar. Fiz uma massagem no SPA e foi muito boa. Em algumas avaliações é citado um cemitério próximo ao hotel. Eu fiquei com muito receio de reservar quando li as avaliações. Mas isso de nada interfere na viagem. É bastante pequeno e a decoração do hotel faz isso tudo ser imperceptível. Recomendo e voltarei.
