Pousada Chez Toi

If trip advisor had the option, I would put -1. Worst hosting experience I've ever had! Starting with the value, the inn charges a value equivalent to five star inns and hotels in the region, but it is far below, I would say it is no more than two stars. The inn's space is quite small. The pool on the roof top looks like a bathtub. It's really very small! The photos on the website, both of the inn in general and of the rooms, are not realistic and give a false sense of spaciousness The rooms are stuffy, either you open the balcony door and have zero privacy or you close the Back out and get the feeling of closing. There are no windows in the room, the only air intake would be through the balcony The room that was allocated to us had a sewage smell mixed with the smell of food from the restaurant next door, which seemed to have the kitchen ventilation facing the bathroom window. left a lot to be desired, on the first day there was garbage inside the shower stall and the cleaning that followed daily followed the same low standard, the room was not swept or rubbish removed on any day, the bathroom stall was not cleaned, the only thing made in cleaning the room was to make the bed. As if that were not enough, the inn was undergoing renovation and they were not so kind as to inform (other inns we were looking for in Jericoacoara promptly warned of the renovation and even offered a discount for the discomfort, but as we wanted to escape the renovation noise, we continued with our search). Worse still, they let workers into our room unannounced or without asking our permission to renovate the upper floor. We only knew this because we forgot something in the room and returned and then we were met with a surprise. Taking a nap or resting during the day was impossible with the noise of the drill. Regarding the service, trying to be very objective, the communication was at least ineffective and the service was quite amateur. We requested a change in the reservation, which the hostel informed in writing that the change was made without changing the daily rate. On the same day, in the afternoon, the inn informed that it would charge for the change. We questioned and the inn was quite partial and uncommercial in the solution offered - in the end the value of the change was practically divided 50/50 between the two parties Still following the service, we paid and asked for a room on the second floor, which is supposed to be which was of better quality, but when we arrived at the inn we were allocated a room on the ground floor behind the reception and next to all the air conditioning condensers. We complained and the next day they moved us to the second floor (the room with a sewage smell). The experience was really bad, they charge a lot for a service and infrastructure that they don't deliver, if you look a little more you will find much more quality for the price they charge.

Hôtel parfait, propre , literie très bonne , personnel génial, aux petits soins . Luisa a la réception nous a énormément aidé . Le petit déjeuner est top, du choix et le personnel d’une extrême gentillesse . Ce fut un excellent séjour. On reviendra.

Pousada bem localizada, com um bom café da manhã e funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. No terceiro pavimento tem uma pequena piscina com borda infinita, um bar (abre só às 14h30), 4 espreguiçadeiras e mesas com guarda-sóis. Apartamentos com varanda. Não gostei das roupas de cama (bem simples) e do banheiro (pequeno). O pior: chuveiro elétrico. Uma pousada com diária de mil reais deveria ter pelo menos um chuveiro melhor.

Pousada maravilhosa. Atendimento excepcional. Acomodação muito boa. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Atendentes extremamente prestativos e educados. Recomendo com certeza. Tive um problema pessoal de última hora e eles foram muito compreensivos e ainda me ajudaram. Vcs estão de parabéns.

A pousada é bem localizada, fica próximo da vila e tem uma vista maravilhosa da piscina... Funcionários prestativos e simpáticos, ótimo café da manhã. E muito cuidado com a limpeza... Voltaremos outras vezes Ótimos restaurantes em volta de fácil acesso

Acolhedor, limpo e com funcionários muito educador e que nos ajudam o tempo todo. Sem contar a maravilhosa piscina borda infinita para o mar e com espetacular vista para o por do sol. Drinks, música e linda vista.

Pousada bem localizada, quarto confortável, área de piscina com uma ótima vista para o por do sol, além do bar com ótimos drinks, equipe de funcionários educados, limpeza muito boa e um ótimo café da manhã, indico se olhos fechados
