Lovely location and nice staff, but tired and in dire need of freshening up. Breakfast very busy and not featuring the fantastic fruits that are surely available locally. Rooms are serviceable but not at all luxury. Bed was large and comfortable but air conditioning, bathroom, etc. need urgent refurbishment. Details are poor, room construction finishing messy and not complete. No serviceable room safe. Restaurant is formulaic and predictable and ‘acceptable’. There are numerous really great restaurants in town, so no excuse. The location should be perfect for a romantic, atmospheric dinner location. Rooms at the beachfront are noisy at night - loud music every night until the early hours. Not the responsibility of the hotel, but if you want to spend the day on the beach, you must rent expensive sunbeds, umbrellas etc. not good and a rip off. A great holiday location with loads of fantastic things to do and places to see, shame the hotel was a bit of a disappointment.

The place itself is nice but could maybe use a touch of paint here and there. Having said that the location is amazing as it is right on the beach and that is where you start a very nice breakfast. The rooms are nothing super special but will defenitely do and the shower is great! Staff is friendly and even though there are more special places on the beach this is for sure an amazing option to choose!

This hotel did not meet my expectation when considering their rate. Their location is perfect, nice pools and jacuzzi. The front desk staff is not accommodating at all, they cannot simply do anything out of the box to try to help. They also promise to call back to respond to requests and never do. The breakfast is very average, they do not replace items on the buffet. The positive point here are the servers, they are all very friendly and professional and are always around seeing if you need anything. Unfortunately that doesn’t apply to the beach bar personal, their service is below average, but the food is good. Another positive point to the breakfast is the omelete/tapioca station. Going back to the issues with the rooms, the air conditionings do not work properly. I had to call twice to complaint for the first room we had. After they changed our room, same thing, the AC did not work properly too.

we came to this hotel on the recommendation of some friends... we really liked the pool area, very spacious, with many loungers, the decoration of the rooms was also nice... the breakfast, quite a variety to choose from... but the staff He seemed a little aggressive and unwilling to help... it is a not minor fact, for those who do not speak Portuguese and need recommendations... it is the great missing part of our stay. O hotel é muito bonito, com um paisagismo lindo e muito bem cuidado. A piscina é uma delícia e tem um bar molhado. Só precisa ter mais barracas e espreguiçadeiras… A localização do hotel é perfeita: beira mar, na praia, ao lado da rua principal! Melhor não podia ser! Assistir o espetáculo do pôr do sol no mar, tanto na praia como na varanda do hotel não tem preço! O café da manhã é muito bom e variado, servido na praia, pé na areia, com vista para o mar! Você pode pedir omelete, tapioca, crepioca…. Os funcionários do hotel são todos gentis e educados e te atendem com boa vontade. Os quartos são bons, boa cama, armário e frigobar. O chuveiro é bom, com bastante água. Mas, é preciso renovar o mobiliário do quarto, da varanda e do banheiro. Nada que atrapalhe sua hospedagem… Vale o preço! Recomendo!

Total decepção 😢. Ausência de manutenção e formação do pessoal. Durante toda a estadia problema com as fechaduras das portas. Toalhas, lençóis sujas, manchadas e desgastadas. Tudo muito velho. Tem uma localização privilegiada. De resto tudo a precisar de uma manutenção exaustiva. Lamento não ter melhor comentário

L’hôtel est en mauvais état, le rapport qualité prix est médiocre. Très bruyant la nuit, les aménagements extérieurs comme les piscines sont en mauvais état. Les chambres elles aussi manquent de rénovation, nous en avons testé deux, les deux étaient en mauvais état tout comme les salles de bain. L’accueil est moyen aussi loin de la convivialité habituelle des brésiliens.

Equipe nota 10 e localização perfeita. O restante não vale a pena. Parece um hotel abandonado. Precisa fechar com urgência e fazer uma boa reforma. As piscinas estão no cimento…e a profundidade fora de padrão de hotel…desconfortável. Quartos em estado lamentável…toda hora uma manutenção. Fechei 6 diárias e fiquei 3…fui pra uma pousada. Pior é que paguei mais de R$ 900 a diária…não vale a pena
