Average experience, prices are high for Brazilian as usual. The swimming pool was dirty with mold all over.
The shower in the bedroom (electrical) was in short when touched. all this issues were informed to the receptionist.
As a silver user i did not had the benefit of 20% discount in the consumption (1 time per stay) .. the hotel said that they did not recognized such discount pointed by the Hotels company.

Excelente Hotel em Jeri, perto das ruas principais. São apenas 5 minutos andando. Bom café da manhã, piscina, conforto e pessoal bem atenciosos e solícitos. Indico e caso volte a Jeri pretendo ficar nele novamente.

Fantástico.
Quarto pequeno porém muito bacana. Café da manhã completo e saboroso. Próximo ao centrinho (10min a pé). Surpreendeu positivamente!!

Nossa experiência no Star Hotel em Jeri foi maravilhosa!
O Hotel conta com roupas de camas confortáveis e limpas, o quarto e banheiro tem um bom tamanho, há uma varanda super aconchegante nas acomodações, ar condicionado muito bom, além de uma área de piscina muito bonita e gostosa.
Mas os maiores destaques da nossa acomodação foram os funcionários e o café da manha! Todos os funcionários sem exceção são educados, gentis e solícitos, tanto da recepção, limpeza e principalmente do café da manhã. O café da manhã conta com muitas opções, seja de pães, bolos, sucos, tortas, salsichas, ovos e opções a la cartes de tapiocas, crepes e outros itens.
É importante destacar também o cuidado com a hospitalidade, fomos recebidos com um bilhetinho de boas vindas acompanhados de chocolates e na despedida nos deram um "kit viagem" com algumas águas e chocolates.
Por fim, super recomendo o hotel e com certeza voltarei a me hospedar lá caso volte a Jeri um dia.
Como ponto de melhoria, que gostaria de deixar claro que não atrapalhou em nada nossa experiência, havia muitas formiguinhas nos quartos, principalmente nos banheiros, o que causava um pequeno incômodo.
Por fim, apenas ressaltar que vivemos dias incríveis em Jeri e o Star Hotel com certeza foi uma parte importante para que esses dias tenham sido tão gostosos.
