From the outside look, you may be tempted to say “ oh it’s average “ but once you get into the rooms, it’s absolutely great.

Pay more and go somewhere else
No extras. No hair dryers. Ac was so noisy. Nothing but a bed in room with stand for microwave and refrigerator. One towel per person

Pay a little, expect little in return.
It was OK for a budget motel but obviously dated and poorly maintained property. Cracked floor tiles, missing door peephole plugged with paper, and little soundproofing between upper and lower floors. Also clerk would not give a receipt for charges. Did they charge $200 damage deposit? If so, then when will it be recredited to my account? Clerk could not give s satisfactory answer at checkout, and would not provide a receipt.

Need privacy fence. Sleeping is difficult because of the delivery trucks next door the McDonald’s restaurant. Patrons park Nextdoor and have their headlights turned on brightly shining directly in your room

Terrible I spent many days there because it was cheap and I tolerated it because I was low on budget. The delivery trucks from next door the McDonald’s restaurant makes noice early morning and wake you up. The patrons park their cars at the fence facing the hotel Roos with their bright headlights on. The can look through the fence right in your room.
