The room was relatively simple, but the boss was very nice and allowed me to check in early. Then I forgot to check out and went out. The boss even comforted me that there were still a lot of beds to make. The location is very good, just a few hundred meters away from anywhere.

Be clear...this is a backpacker hostal that needs serious maintenance. The bolt to our door was inoperative due to the missing clasp. Floor tiles were loose, the toilet seat was probably the cheapest and thinnest available. The shower used to have sliding doors but they had been replaced with a nylon 'stick to you' curtain type and held up with cable ties. The cushions to the home made terrace chairs were ripped with the stuffing hanging out. The price is expensive in comparison to the poor maintenance. On a positive note, the bed, pillow and linen were comfy and clean. The location is great.

Vivian’s guesthouse is a very charming hotel in the equally charming, often overlooked town of Jerez! As I travelled by bike, I was grateful to have found this place, where there is plenty of safe storage for bikes! The hotel is super clean and quiet with a spacious terrace on top! Very nice Arabic style tyles in the common area/ courtyard …. Furthermore, the hotel is run by a family, which you can feel, as everyone there makes you feel welcome and at home!

Excellent! Can't fault it. Would love to return. Thank you, Vivian, for a comfortable stay. Your welcome and farewell, were much appreciated. Also, prompt and willing assistance in helping me get information. This guest house/hostel with dorms, is central to old town, very near bus/train stations, municipal market, a short bus ride to the Andalusian Horse Show and within walking distance of some bodegas. Good WiFi, spotlessly clean, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable dorm beds and a great place to meet new friends.

Nous avions quelques a priori en réservant dans une auberge de jeunesse, mais la Vivian Guest House a largement dépassé nos attentes ! Le système de pré-enregistrement en ligne, ainsi que l’entrée et la sortie autonomes, sont très pratiques, notamment pour une arrivée tardive ou un départ anticipé. L’accueil a été chaleureux, avec une petite attention à notre arrivée qui nous a beaucoup touchés. L’auberge est idéalement située dans le centre historique de Jerez, à seulement 3 minutes à pied des arrêts de bus — un vrai plus pendant la feria ! Parking payant à proximité. Malgré l’emplacement central, nous n’avons pas eu autant de bruit que ce que nous redoutions. La chambre était spacieuse, propre, avec un petit balcon charmant, et la salle de bain également très confortable. L’ambiance de l’auberge est pleine de charme, on s’y sent bien. Merci pour votre accueil et pour avoir contribué à rendre notre séjour à Jerez aussi agréable !

Genial, todo super limpio, las camas super cómodas y muy tranquilo. Además el personal te ofrece muchísimas comodidades como sitio para dejar las maletas, zona de descanso por si tu vuelo sale más tarde del check out, incluso la opción de poder ducharte. Le damos un 10 y esperamos volver!

El personal es muy amable, dispone de un elevador para ir hacia recepción y hacia la terraza, las habitaciones son muy cómodas, el lugar está bonito y tienen un perrito muy lindo, sin duda me volvería a quedar la próxima vez que vaya a Cádiz o Jerez.

Vous pouvez vous y rendre les yeux fermés, en famille, entre amis, en couple ou même seul. Propriétaire chaleureuse, au petit soin et toujours de bon conseils, nous avons eu plusieurs péripéties durant notre séjour (voiture de location en panne etc) Vivian a toujours été pour trouvé des solutions. De plus, la propriétaire parle plusieurs langues ! 👍👍 Établissement très propre, literies au top et très bien placé géographiquement en plein centre de Jerez de la Frontera. Nous recommandons.
