We stayed in this hotel for a week in august with our family. It was really terrible. The first room was too small for 4 people. After complaining we could move to a slightly larger room the next day. Both rooms were not cleaned properly. The bathroom was full of mold. The breakfast buffet is actually NOT there. There was 1 person preparing the breakfast in a small space behind the bar. The room smelled like fried fish (apparently from other hotel guests who cook) Noise pollution because you are right on the street where all the buses pass by. Curtains are not closing good. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! Totally not a good price/quality ratio! We have stayed many times in Jerez in different hotels but this hotel is the worst! Management is also not helpful at all and only thinks about money!

Excellent place to stay, central to Jerez. The apartments were clean and had everything that you need. The rooftop pool is lovely as is the rooftop bar which has either a buzzing atmosphere or a laid back one depending on the time you go. All the staff are friendly and helpful I would definitely stay again. I read a couple of bad reviews before I went but honestly I don't have a clue what their issues were as the place is brilliant. They ordered us a taxi to the airport and despite google telling us it would cost 80 euros it actually on cost 19 so don't be tempted to get the train.

THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER! DO NOT BOOK HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH AND MONEY. We stayed at the EsZentrico hotel and the only thing 'eccentric' was the disgusting conditions we found the place in. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a mountain of dust that had accumulated for weeks (see photos) and, as if that were not enough, we discovered a German cockroach in the apartment. These insects do not come from the street, they live in unsanitary places like this. IMAGINE the hygiene of the place! The microwave was dirty, with missing parts and food leftovers. This was my partner's birthday present, and the hotel owner not only ignored our complaints, but practically told us that this was all 'normal'. The lack of respect towards customers is disgusting. Also, the person in charge is a total incompetent who knows nothing about business or customer service. Just look at his responses to other comments - childlike behavior. If you care about your well-being, please do not book this place. This place should not be on any booking platform.

Located in a central and strategic place in the city, the reception girls are charming, the security guard is very pleasant, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Pros: The apartment is very spacious and bright, everything is very new. The bathroom is elegant and functional: powerful hair dryer, towels, toilet paper, shower gel and shampoo (I missed a magnifying mirror). A powerful shower. The pool (and the terrace on the roof) are spectacular. Cons: insufficient information on the page about check-in and check-out. Insufficient information about nearby parking lots (there are 2, central market and Plaza del Arenal, the first one much cheaper than the second... but nobody gave us any prior information and we have paid a well-paid price for our rookie mistake). The hotel information phone does not work fluently. As the hotel is next to bus stops and the food market, there is noise from very early in the morning.

Prenotazione con Booking, check in online tramite smartphone. Reception non sempre presente fisicamente. Location eccellente e centralissima. 2 notti in spazioso e moderno appartamento per 2 adulti + 2 bambini ad € 213,00. Difficile trovare di meglio per qualità/prezzo.
