Jeonju Deoksugung Hanok Stay

We had a very pleasant stay here. The hostel owner was extremely kind and helpful, and he even treated us to pie from a famous bakery for breakfast. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the Hanok Village—while still offering a quiet and peaceful environment. The room is quite small but sufficient for two people. Overall, it was a great Hanok experience at a very reasonable price.

The accommodation is very close to the hanok village, which was my purpose on coming to Jeonju. The host was very kind and thoughtful, I arrived a bit later than 8pm and he still welcomed me with a smile. I also really appreciated the choco pie as a gift (it was so good!). It was also very clean and with everything you need to spend the night. I highly recommend this place and will definitely book again if I ever come to Jeonju again.

Wonderful stay with an amazing host! This is truly the best place for a night’s stay. The host was incredibly friendly and caring — we arrived around 9:30 pm, yet he was still waiting for us in person, even though he could have simply sent us the door code. That really touched us. Free parking was provided, and the room was unique, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The Hanok Village is just a stone’s throw away — simply cross the road and you can explore the heritage park with ease. I strongly recommend this place if you plan to stay a night and visit the Hanok Village. The host even gave us some souvenirs before we left! A truly memorable stay and excellent value for money.

The host was extremely kind and the place had an impressive amount of amenities compared to an average hanok stay. Highly recommend for first time who aren't yet ready to give up a comfy mattress. Would go back! The Jaman culture village is so close, go it's really cute!

I want to express my greatest appreciation for the hotel owner. I lost my passport at a taxi from the train station to the hotel. The owner is so helpful to help me contact taxi driver and police station. Without him, I might not be able to return home. Thank you so much! The hanok is clean and comfortable for one night. It is within walking distance to the tourist spots. Highly recommend this place

We lived our stay here, very close to the historic sites and the host is super friendly and helpfull. The room was clean and had everything we might need, even a dyson hairdryer.
