The shower of my room was not working, but the stuff was kind and gave me another room key to take shower as I was in hurry. There are no place for international plugs, so I couldn’t recharge my phone during my stays.

My son went back to Jeonbuk National University to get his diploma, and we stayed at this hotel in Jeonju. The Korean uncle was very welcoming. My son couldn't take out his SIM card, so he helped find the SIM card pin. He was a very nice person. The bus station is a five-minute walk downstairs, and it's also more than ten minutes away from Lotte Department Store, which is very convenient. Korea is very cold in February, but the room heating is very warm and spacious. The bathroom has a partition, which is more comfortable than the expensive hotels in Seoul. We went to Busan to play and came back to Jeonju to stay in this hotel again. I will stay at this hotel when I come to Jeonju in the future.

The condition of the room and bed was okay, but the bathroom had mold all over it, and the toilet and the area around it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I don't know if the other rooms were like that, but the bathroom in the room I stayed in was terrible.
