Staff at Shilla Stay Jeonju was awesome! Hae Sun and her colleagues including her manager was super friendly and helpful. Location is good at an area which is walkable distance from the Hanok Village yet quiet area for resting. There is a GS25 located right outside hotel too!

it was good STAY meeting. My expectation that most of facility is very clean and service is above average a business hotel stay is is one of first choice from me every time in this hotel is located in the center of storage place accessible to popular destinations in Jeonju

Early check-in was free, the room was clean, the breakfast was neat, and everything was great! I'll stay here again next time I come to Jeonju ㅎㅎㅎ

When I checked in, the parking lot was full, but the staff at the entrance to the parking lot kindly guided me to the outdoor parking lot. Since it is a new building, the rooms and facilities are very clean overall. There is a GS convenience store right in front, which is convenient, and it is near the Hanok Village, so it is good for a walk in the morning or at night. These days, most rooms have a check-out time of 11 AM, but Jeonju Shilla Stay has a check-out time of 12 PM, which was nice.
One thing that is disappointing is that the bathroom is covered with blinds, so it does not completely block out light. When I visited another Shilla Stay branch in the past, it was covered with a sliding iron door, so that was a bit disappointing. And there are no tissues provided in the rooms, so you have to get them from the bathroom.
Still, the staff is friendly, the facilities are good, and overall, I am very satisfied!

Pros: 1. Very clean, as expected from a new hotel that opened in December 2024
2. Located in downtown Jeonju (7 minutes walk to Hanok Village)
3. Friendly staff
Cons: 1. Small room (maybe a little bigger than Toyoko Inn..)
2. Almost no soundproofing (conversations in the hallway are vivid)
3. Parking lot is small (I tried to check in at 4 but it was full, Wansan parking lot is available but a little far away, and it was also inconvenient when checking out)
