Terrible experience. It's a motel not hotel. I booked a room with picture of a large room with two separate beds, the confirmation on trip.com showed the same nice picture. But I was given a small room with only one bed which is small for two grown men. The reception who can't speak english showed a translated text that they uploaded the wrong picture, and they won't do anything to help because the hotel is full for the next two nights. I asked Trip.com help centre but they also said they couldn't help except to compensate around 30% of my hotel bill. We stayed fur two nights but room was too small and tiny cabinet, cleaners could not clean properly. Our window faces the parking of bus terminal, could hear shouting late at night and saw homeless people. The room has a huge picture with sleazy wordings.
