The hotel crew is friendly and the waiters are very good, recommended one of the places to stay in Jember, suggestions for a more varied breakfast menu

The place is comfortable and quiet, clean, facilities OK. Only there were a few mosquitoes in the room. For the breakfast menu. OK. 24 hour food service

When I was check in the hotel, I gave my reservation which stated there that I prefer double bed. It was not the type of room I requested ( request double bed got a twin bed) I was not happy and the employee there told me that it's upon availability and already inform me before (in act, I didn’t receive any information from the staff) First time I check in, I feel so damn hot in their room. But i'm still ok,not complain. The experience was not that great, fall short of my expectations in terms of cleanliness and quality of rooms Room was dirty, the sheets were dirty.

Schone ruime kamer, vriendelijk personeel, helaas spreken de meeste geen Engels, mooi zwembad, helaas waren de zwembad randen erg vies, ontbijt is voor westerse begrippen slecht, alleen toast brood, brood moet je met 1 mes smeren aan het buffet, erg onhygiënisch, iedereen zit eraan, warme buffet was lauw tot koud, deze homestay is erg in trek bij de lokale bevolking, WiFi is in de kamer op de begane grond erg slecht.
