"This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the bar is now open! Besides special cocktails , they serve skewers as well.sometimes when i don’t feel like going out ,i can just head up to the bar on the 9th floor to relax."

It's configured as a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and a bathroom, which is a huge plus for those not used to the local cuisine, allowing you to easily prepare your own meals – cooking noodles or hotpot, for instance, would be excellent. The property also boasts a swimming pool and offers lovely sea views from the window. However, there are a couple of drawbacks: the windows aren't very soundproof, and the curtains aren't blackout, which makes it hard to sleep in. Despite these minor issues, it's a great choice for independent travelers."

"This apartment, though categorized as a homestay, offers facilities and service quality that surpass many star hotels. Having stayed in numerous international homestays, this one is truly exceptional. The host is incredibly responsive on WeChat, almost 24/7, and goes above and beyond to assist. The apartment boasts brand-new facilities, with no unpleasant lingering renovation odors. The master bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with two queen-sized beds, and there's a sofa bed in the living room, plus an additional tatami sleeping mat, making it perfectly suited for families. Its location is incredibly convenient, with hawker stalls and convenience stores right downstairs. Both the city center and the airport are just a 15-20 minute taxi ride away. The building also provides 24-hour security, which offers great peace of mind, as safety is paramount when traveling. I will absolutely choose this apartment again on my next visit to Penang."

"I wanted to change my accommodation in the middle of my 9-night stay, so I requested mediation from Trip.com, but the host refused, so I had to stay for another night. I was able to ask the host to clean it once in the middle. Bed sheets, pillows, and towels are all paid for, and no bottled water is provided. It is noisy at night because it is near an elevated highway. The host needs to take proactive measures to improve."

"Booked family room (1 king bed, 1 queen bed) for one night. It was a small room with limited space so it is quite difficult to perform prayer. Limited space to walk around too with active kids roaming around. Nevertheless, the hotel is so clean, with 2 TVs and 2 airconds, with hot shower. Also provided with 4 towels, 4 mineral water bottles, but without kettle and iron in the room (available upon request at the front desk). Parking was free and easy to access. It was a good stay. Worth the money."
