Wonderful, can’t wait to go back
This place was amazing. Our “standard” room was anything but. It was huge. Tons of space. Beds and pillows were comfy. The pool was clean and comfortable. The whole property was amazing.

Typically, I really like this property. I've stayed here before with my family and we typically rent 2 or more rooms. We love the convenience of it being next to the beach and the accommodations are great. Unfortunately, I have 2 complaints. The guy at the front desk had a terrible attitude. All other staff was great but him. Second complaint, ******* boosts about advising the total cost of the room, however, the hotel charged me an additional $100 per room to cover resort fees. I was disappointed find out the hotel said they are not paid enough from ******* to cover all their costs.

Loved the location. The reception service wasn't very friendly. The hotel has limitted option for restaurants around for diner. We went at 8 pm for dinner as they said restaurant closes at 9 pm and they had a waiting list and weren't accepting more customers. For breakfast they suggested go early ortherswise this could happen. The beach is great, the location is quiet and kid friendly. Breakfast was very good. Overall, great experience.

Jekyll Island is beautiful. The property is beautiful. The rooms have such lovely views, and the pool is nice... and of course the ocean is lovely, if muddy and warm, and the beach a quiet joy. The on-site restaurant is solid, and local restaurant options are good. I've been visiting this hotel since it was moved up from the other site on the island, which is near twenty years ago now. I've visited in winter, spring, and summer. I enjoy the island and also the quick drive over to Brunswick and St. Simon. This place is just great...

There was a faulty smoke detector in my room - it kept going off randomly. After I alerted the Front Desk about the issue, the staff was very responsive. They handled the issue very well and took really good care of me.
The resort is right on the beach, and has a lot of really lovely amenities. I hope I can come back again soon!
