Hotels in Seongsan llchulbong/Pyoseon-myeon, Jeju

This hotel is unique and artistic compare to other standard hotel. The room are more industrial design and they have a bar and cafe in the hotel area. You can rent a bicycle to cycling around Seongsan with a reason prices and the area have some restaurants as well. At night the hotel light up very Instagram. I think these hotel is quite new except air-con only available in summer time so have to open the windows to get some air but it means you can heard the noise from outside specially in the morning lucky the area are more quiet compared to other hotel I stay in Jeju. They provide big towel, hand towel and bathmat.

I went to the carbonated hot springs that day and had to wash my swimsuit. There was a washing machine, so I washed the swimsuit, hung it on the drying rack, dried it well, and brought it back clean~^^ The kitchen facilities were nice and clean and well maintained, and the room was warm when I entered it, which was nice. However, there was only one bathroom, so it was a bit inconvenient for 6 people to use it. It's based on 4 people, but I think it would be perfect for a family of 4. The owner is friendly and the location is easy to find. The wind power generator and blue exterior created an exotic and pretty scenery. I had a nice, warm rest.

Overall, my stay was satisfying. The bed was comfortable, the view from my room was delightful, and both the cleanliness and ambiance of the hotel met my expectations. However, there’s room for improvement when it comes to service. While I appreciate the effort of the reception staff using a translator to communicate, it would have been more reassuring if they were proficient in English. Their evident annoyance at language barriers slightly marred the experience. I hope the management considers training in this area to further enhance guest interactions.

I couldn't take pictures of the interior, but the location is good. It's close to Seongsan Ilchulbong, and since it's on the 9th floor, you can see it clearly from the room. The weather was cloudy the next day, so we couldn't see the sunrise in the morning. We are a family of 3, and the room is small for 3 people.

I was worried before checking in because there were some bad reviews, but they were all grief. The bathroom is big, and there are parts that you can't afford because it's a window. If you don't understand that, you can go somewhere else. I felt the scent of wood rather than the smell of mold, and the air purifier had a good essence. In fact, there is a bathtub with a single room and a window. Bedding condition. Private location is all great. It is well maintained and tidy. I stayed for 2 nights this time, but I think it would be nice to have a longer chance next time. I hope you're prosperous.

It was nice that Pyoseon Beach was close. The sea water is shallow and the waves are not strong, so it is a great beach for playing with the family. The resort has an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, but the water is warm and good for swimming, but water quality management leaves a lot to be desired. I was a little worried about my child's health because there were floating particles and rust chunks floating around. The room was comfortable to relax in and the breakfast was great, but the cleaning condition of the room was disappointing as it was very dusty. If you go to the basement of the resort, there is a 24-hour convenience store, and you can play billiards and table tennis for free. There is also an electric vehicle charging station in the underground parking lot, but fast charging is limited, so check before using it.

There was not too much amenities. The hostel garden or exterior interior was good. But there may be a little noise when you stay in front of the elevator. Bedding is clean and the room is clean! A lot of towels are lacking. Four small towels for four people a day are finished. Additional towels are 500 won per sheet. I think it would be nice if there was a big towel ~

The room is still big, but the sanitation is average, and the front desk didn't tell me in advance that we have to call room clean before 12 o'clock to clean it, so we didn't deal with the garbage in the past two days. Other services at the front desk of the hotel are still very good, and can help call a car. But it is not convenient to do laundry. There are only two washing machines, so it is not easy to do laundry. Everyone rushes to do laundry. There is a convenience store next to the hotel, which is very convenient, and the breakfast is average. Traveling is not very convenient, you can only take a taxi, the bus station is far away, there is a little scenery nearby, and it is also very close to Sunrise Peak. The hotel swimming pool is fun.

It was so new because it was the filming location of Yuki Shinseo! The tourist spots near Seongsan were close and clean, and the garden was large, so it was convenient! Check-in is easy and it seems to be the best when you want to rest quietly!

The facilities seem normal, but the overall operating system is not like a hotel. Even if the valid rooms remain, they will not be assigned to a better room condition (e.g., not assigned to a high floor or a good view room). The building is about 10 floors .. You should see that there is virtually no view to the fifth floor. The rooms with good view are high floors ... are trying to reduce the elevator operation cost. In a word, I'm so focused on profits, I don't have a customer-centered service mind.
