Great location and clean hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, and even gave us a 10,000 won voucher. Only problem is the room windows are quite low, and is a potentia falling hazard. During the winter, as the aircon is not working, the windows are left ajar. If you feel too cold and want to close the windows and travelling with kids, it is quite dangerous with the low windows

It's worth to stay in this hotel, just around USD100 per night for 3 adults. The hotel is near the sea, I chose the seaview room and it's really worth. Eating a McDonald breakfast in the room's balcony with an excellent seaview is so kice to remember. The room is small but acceptable. No toothbruses and toothpaste provided, only reusable slippers can be used. Shampoo and body wash are provided. One socket is international and one is Korean style. Room is clean. It is just a 10 minute walk to Black Pork Street in which there are many BBQ pork restaurants. As I see, only 2 of them have many customers. And Dongmun Market is also nearby, you can buy many Jeju's food there and eat street food as your lunch. There are some seafood restaurants just next to the hotel but I didn't go as it seems to be imposter and I don't familiar with the price of seafood. I tried the swimming pool next day. It's small but free of charge, with only towel rental at 1000 Won. And therebis a warm water jacuzzi to relax. Not bad

It was nice that it was close to the airport^^ They said there were a lot of entertainment establishments, but I didn't feel that at all. In fact, it was nice to have convenience stores nearby, and even though I arrived late at night, the entrance light was brightly shining, which made me feel welcome. The person in charge at the front desk during check-in and the person at the front desk during check-out were all very friendly, and I was very grateful that they upgraded the room and assigned each bed for me to share with my two children. They said the cleanliness was a mess, but there was nothing disappointing about using it with elementary school children. Maybe it's because I arrived late at night, but it was difficult to find a parking spot, so I gave it 4 stars.

Great location with lots of restaurants and convenient stores. Hotel level 2 have big 7-eleven that operates 24hour. Our double room is spacious and have bath tub! Bus stop is right in front of the hotel, so it is very accessible via public buses. It is only 4 public bus stops from Jeju Airport. There is direct bus to dongmun market, where you can shop till you drop and eat to the fullest. Loved it!

Comfortable stay, comfortable beds, clean bathroom. Staff speaks some English but sometimes translator app needed. Check in time is quite late around 3pm. There is no official luggage storage but many people who arrive early will leave luggage while they explore surroundings.

Nice and clean hotel that is along the sea, quite near to a 24h mart and dongmun market. Need to pay for extra water, toothbrush and paste, and umbrella. Otherwise all is great.

Great location, comfortable stay and has a lot of parking space. Lots of shopping and eateries nearby and it’s also close to airport. The building and furniture are a little old showing signs of wear and tear but room was clean and well kept. Staff were not too friendly when asked for an earlier check in or for recommendations on places to eat nearby. When asked for a quiet room, they gave me a room right next to a massive construction site (see photo) which is an eyesore. So I asked for a change of rooms and staff accommodated. Generally in line with expectations of a Shilla Stay Hotel and will come back due to its location.

It was excellent experience for me that I stayed at Hotel Leo from May 9 through May 14. In my opinion, Hotel Leo a small hotel but it is good enough for hotel guests. Small hotel so you don’t expect lots of amenities within the hotel but it was ok for me. And i think it is ok to other guests since we spend most of our stay outside the hotel, we go sightseeing, food and shopping. The room kept clean and tidy every day after the room make-up service. Adequate space in the room, I booked the Superior Double Room with a double bed big for me. The front desk staff especially Helen, Lee and Jay served me well. Polite and they were helpful to me during my stay last week. I consulted them on where to have my meals around the hotel and directions to where I wanted to go, they gave good guidance. I told the front desk staff that if I come to Jeju I want to stay at Hotel Leo again for its very good location, comfortable room and excellent service crew. Regards

The hygiene is pretty good. The guy at the front desk is very nice and helps with taxis. The room facilities are similar to those of domestic three or four stars. The price is affordable. The rooftop swimming pool is okay.

Hotel With Jeju was is in a great location. If you don't mind walking it's about 10mins from all the main sites. The room was a great size, not cramped. The bathroom had an interesting design and was very sleek. Love that the toilet was in its own room. Has a restaurant on site and car parking service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! I will be staying with them again when I return to Jeju.

I went with three kids, and the basic setting was for 2 people. The location was convenient as it was close to the airport. There was no elevator, but the owner moved it so it was okay. I was feeling cold while sleeping, so I turned on the boiler, but it took a while for the temperature to rise. Because the airport was right behind me, there was a loud takeoff and landing sound. Perhaps because there were fewer takeoffs and landings around the time I fell asleep, I slept well until morning.

It’s not suitable for people to live together, it can be clean, but it’s simple and not romantic hahaha. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk from the dragon head, and within 2 minutes to the beach and the beach. I think working people or just family members can do it. Cheap.

Well, the owner of the hotel should be the host who received us, super enthusiastic. Help us carry the luggage to the room and tell us how to use the room equipment; (the room is quite big with the bed) tell us the route to take the bus; when we check out, take the initiative to call the car for us, I really appreciate it. But the fly in the ointment is that I don’t know if the bedding is not clean or if it’s a problem. Obviously, I don’t know how to describe it. Well, that’s probably it. Thanks 🙏
