Overall hotel is okay. Have heater, they changed towel everyday. They have free oranges too! 😁 My concern is I choose the pay in the hotel for payment but still they deducted it on my card. It should be paid by cash. Can’t talk korean. 😅

The hotel is only 2.5 km away from airport, a pretty beach like Hamdeok is only 40min , many restaurants around and room heater working perfectly. Thank you Charlie hotel ❤️

The hotel location was nice, near bus stations, nearby airport, 15 to 20min by bus,depends on bus number and bus arrival time. Easily located by Naver. Cleanliness of toilet can be improved. The check in and check out process were easy. Room just nice for two. Not so much space but enough for small ladies. The room has tv,hair dryer, small towels, instant coffee,small fridge. Nice!

The location is very good. The hotel is very quiet and convenient to go everywhere. The boss is an old man. He is very nice. The English communication level is average. I can only speak simple words. I will stay here again if I have the chance.

It's quiet, warm, and hot water comes out well. I had a good rest~ I plan to visit again on my next trip to Jeju. Dongmun Market is a 20-minute walk away.

The best choice for cost-effectiveness + the small refrigerator is noisy.

Very close to the airport, 2.9 kilometers by taxi, cost 40rmb, we walked to the airport, half an hour, hahaha, want to experience a different feeling. The landlord is a good man, not bad, this price is good, very cost-effective. The room is very quiet at night, no corridor noise can be heard. It is a few hundred meters away from the bus terminal, and it takes 10 minutes to walk. It is about 1.7 kilometers away from Dongmen Market.

The service in this hotel is very good. The waiter is an old man. He is very warm and thoughtful. He also helped us contact the next hotel by phone and took good care of our luggage. It was really rare!

The facilities are basically sufficient, including refrigerators, but there are not enough staff, and there is often no one to provide services at the front desk. The location is great, only five minutes to the bus station and not far from Dongmen Market. There are no big towels in the bathroom, only small towels.

The details stated that there was someone at the front desk before 10 p.m., but I communicated with Ctrip in advance. When I arrived at around 10 o'clock that day, there were two old people at the front desk. They didn't know Chinese or English, so they directly used translation software to show us. There are no disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste or combs in the house. There is only a pair of slippers that can be worn in the shower, and there are no disposable slippers. There is shampoo and shower gel, which smells very good and is easy to use. There is also toner and hand oil on the table. There are many TVs, and there are charging cables with three interfaces next to them. If you are not afraid of slow charging, you don’t need to bring a mobile phone charger. The bed is very hard and feels like it will collapse hahaha. The room is quite spacious, with paper towels, a refrigerator, tables and chairs. I went there on March 20th. The floor heating in the room was extremely hot. I had to sleep with the windows open, but it was noisy with the windows open. There is a water dispenser in front of the front desk for ice water.
