Good location within walking distance of everything in the town. We were a cycling group so being close to the airport and the coast road was good.

The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes’ drive from the airport. The property is clean and tidy, though it feels somewhat old and outdated. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The front desk staff, especially some of the male employees, came across as indifferent and unhelpful. Prior to my stay, I had emailed the hotel with a few inquiries, but the responses were unprofessional and dismissive. None of the emails included staff names, which gave the impression that they were trying to avoid accountability. Overall, while the location is good, the lack of proper customer service made the experience unsatisfactory.

Overall pleasant experience. The young gentleman at the front desk was very polite and friendly. Excellent location. Many eateries and convenience stores and more within walking distance. Amenities wise no toothpaste and brush provided. No coffee And also didn’t have any spoon or stirrer when making my own coffee. View from the room was disappointing thoh. But didn’t really matter as I was out whole day.

✈️ Super Convenient Location! • Just 10 mins by taxi from the airport (around 30 RMB, even cheaper on apps). • 🚶➡️ Right downstairs: Baojian Road Pedestrian Street. • 🛍️ 15 mins walk to Shilla Duty Free. • 5 mins walk to Olive Young, and another larger branch about 10 mins away. • 👔 Turn Up Vintage thrift shop is right across the street (5 mins walk). • 🍚 24h Gamjatang (pork bone potato soup) restaurant is just downstairs — and it’s delicious! • 🚌 Super convenient bus stop right outside. • 🧹 Daily housekeeping service provided. • 🪟 There’s a 7-Eleven on the 2nd floor, and from higher floors you can even enjoy a sea view 🏝️

真的規勸各位選擇這家酒店時候避雷踩坑，出去玩回來屋裡放着一張字條，不管什麼原因酒店説不知道，當時也不給解決，説報警後給出理由説是服務員寫的，那請問第一時間在幹什麼？然後也不給任何補償，對國人態度很不友好，一副跟你道歉了你還想怎樣的態度，大家出門在外遊玩是為了好心情，但是安全是必要前提，友好提醒，奉勸大家多注意

機場五號門出來右手邊公交車站坐600路公交一站路，下車後往前看一眼就能看到，非常方便。酒店有些老舊，但小朋友們覺得睡地上很興奮，還有浴缸可以泡澡，所以還蠻適合帶娃。自助早餐也還可以。酒店門口也有便利店和吃飯的地方

房間很整潔，前台小姐姐的英語很棒，溝通比較方便。酒店二樓有便利店，不過東西沒有馬路對面過一個路口的多。酒店位置很好，吃飯買東西坐車整體還是挺方便的。出了酒店對面有一家烤肉店很好吃。

Comfortable hotel with all basic needs covered. Good location surrounded by many eateries and minimarts, with a small 7 11 on the 2nd floor of the hotel. Only 10 minutes drive from Jeju International Airport and free parking for hotel guests.
