The room was terrible, dirty and disgusting. The sheets were yellowed and the pillowcases smelled of cigarettes. I didn't realize it until I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night. Then I asked for the sheets to be changed, but they didn't change them after waiting for an hour. As a result, I slept in my clothes all day. The child's hand was caught by the glass door of the bathroom. The boss sent him to the hospital for a check-up. Fortunately, no bones were broken. I asked to check out and get a refund, but the boss disagreed. The final solution was to change my sheets but not even the room. The child emphasized that he paid for the medicine to go to the hospital??? I was lucky that I didn't ask for compensation. In the end, Ctrip said they admired me for 300 yuan. Fortunately, the child was fine, and I didn't pursue anything. If there was any problem, it would not be solved by money.

The experience was very good, the environment was good, and it was very convenient. The pedestrian street and duty-free shop were very close and easy to find. It was right on the roadside and not noisy. When we checked in, we stayed in a family room for three people because the room type we booked was sold out.

There is a bus stop right nearby, so you can take the bus right in front of the airport. Since I was only going to sleep at night, I found a place with a good price and made a reservation.

Very bad, bad service, and changed the name of the person staying. Ctrip showed that it was changed, but when I got to the hotel, it was different. I don't know if it was Ctrip's problem or the hotel's problem. I won't use it again in the future.
