The place was great and it had everything we needed for a stay. The location is great. Smack in the midst of town and shops. There are also eateries and a 7-11 below. There is also a basement carpark which was great as we had rented a car. (The first night we did not know how to use the automatic parking service and we parked at a private carpark paying 20,000 won. After learning how to use it with the help of a friendly guy who works in an office at the carpark, it was a breeze to park)
Take note that this is an apartment with no check in. The telephone number of the host is given and can be contacted via wechat. The host was friendly and informed us of everything we needed to know.

The room was large and spacious. There were high ceilings and a balcony! We had three ppl so one of us used the sofa bed. The mattress and blanket for the sofa bed were all provided inside the closet.

1. It is a one-room size, clean, and in a raw form. The room is small.
2. The location is in the center, and I found out for the first time that there are so many Chinese people in Jeju Island.
3. The parking is mechanical, but cars like Ray can't enter, so you have to pay to park outside.
4. This seems to be a building problem, but I found a cockroach. ㅠㅠ
