The five of us stayed in the deluxe family cabin, and our expectations were far from reality. There are not enough towels and mattresses, the wi-fi is broken, there is no remote control for the air conditioner, the bathroom is shabby and feels like it's back to the 90s, the terrace floor is dusty, and the hygiene needs to be improved.
When we checked into the resort, we originally had to go to the hotel front desk down the mountain to check in, but the instructions were not clear.
