It is the best location and service for water play, and
It is a cheap and cost-effective resort.
You can prepare food such as meal kits and cook them.
The disappointing parts are cleanliness, hygiene, and no bottled water. Towels are provided one per person, and additional towels must be purchased for 1,000 won each.
There are famous buffet restaurants such as Hanyangdong Restaurant and Sanghee Restaurant nearby.
It is perfect for going to water play every year.

Terrible customer service. Not the resort they claim to be. Next to the dirty coastline. The girl at the front desk was very discriminatory. She treats clients differently. Unfriendly and very rude. You have to bring your own toilet paper as the restrooms are shared. The main public bathroom is dirty.

It's really the worst.
The room smells, the air conditioner smells moldy, and they only give you one towel per person per night... Usually, motels give you two towels per person.. Also, the soundproofing is really bad, so you can hear everything in the hallway upstairs...
Except for the fact that it's located in Panpo Port, everything else is a disadvantage. It's not cheap either. Please go somewhere else.

Never get a room on the side of the road. Roosters start crowing at 2 a.m. because they say it's cheap. If it was so bad, I even took a video.
