❌ Leftover dirty sock from previous previous guest
❌ thick dust under the beds
❌ poor shower drainage, floods the bathroom with just a few minutes of shower
❌ room given was near the store room, staff closes door very loudly every morning from 7am onwards every 5 mins with huge "bangs" which woke all of us up
❌ staff tried to fix neighbouring rooms door problem at 5am with hammers and nails, woke all of us up, we had to stop him
❌ very basic room and hotel with no amenities, toothbrush and toothpaste also not provided in our one week stay
✅ perfect location from airport and shopping
✅ room is spacious
Please dont hesitate to book another hotel

Hotel location is near to airport [Taxi fare ($4000-$6000 won)]. There are 7-11, CU, GS25 convenience stores nearby. There is a weighing scale in the lobby too.

Very bad experience in this hotel. The guy in the front desk is rude and unfriendly. Bad room system waste me more than 2 gold hours in jeju. Strongly not recommended.

Last minute booking of this hotel due to flight cancelled. Near jeju international airport and shopping street. Spacious room for 3 pax and nice breakfast

Overall, good! But the bathroom had some dirty spots and on one morning the shower water wasn’t hot, barely warm. The door / walls is very thin too so I heard a very loud argument happening between other guests.
