It was located in an alley, so the road was a bit narrow, but everything was fine. They were friendly and there was no major difficulty in staying. It was good for the price.

One of the 2 single beds had a damaged mattress, so it was a burden on the back, so it was urgent to replace it. I wanted to change rooms, but gave up to rest quickly.

Gave me a room without working heating. When I first asked about it, they said to wait for it to heat up. I waited and went down again to say it definitely wasn't working, but the front desk was closed. They'd told me the desk would be open until 11, but it was only 10. There was a number listed to call in case of problems. I called it and said my heat wasn't working. They told me to talk to them about it tomorrow. I said that it was an urgent problem, since it's January and very cold, but then they hung up on me mid-sentence.
