Advantages: It is in a small building, a bit like a hotel apartment, and the door is locked by a code. The internal facilities in the hotel room are relatively new. There is a pick-up and drop-off service which is very convenient. One time when I took a taxi, the driver couldn't read the address and had to call the staff to ask for the hotel's address. The service was OK. (It is recommended that you take a photo of the Korean name in front of the hotel door to facilitate taking a taxi). It's on the same road as Lotte Duty Free Shop, about a hundred or two hundred meters away. It's also very close to Health Care Road and other places, so you can walk there. (There is a spicy chicken feet restaurant in the alley next to the hotel that is highly recommended) Disadvantages: Towels were sometimes not changed and one was not clean. There was also no replenishment of paper towels in the bathroom for a day or two, so I had to use my own. PS: The floor heating controller in my room is in the cabinet next to the door. Although there is a prompt on the cabinet (I can’t read Korean), I spent a long time looking for it on the first night😭

It's close to Nuemar Street, so it's good for sightseeing. Parking is convenient.

Very poor experience Since it was my first time to go to Jeju Island, I didn’t know that the airport was in the city. So I took a long drive to get there. Check-out was delayed the next day. When it was time to check-out I called the front desk and communicated with the front desk. I am a Ctrip member, which includes the privilege of late check-out. I asked if it can be used. But when I checked out, the front desk disagreed again. I paid later But very speechless Chinese people should find another hotel. This hotel is not particularly friendly to Chinese people.
