Please understand that all hotels in Jeju Island have ceased providing disposable amenities since March, in compliance with new environmental regulations. To support this initiative, we encourage guests to bring their own personal hygiene products, while disposable toothbrushes and other necessities are available for purchase from vending machines located on the first floor.Regarding the lack of water supply from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM on April 3rd, we extend our sincerest apologies. As explained on-site, this was due to a malfunction of the booster pump, and repairs took over an hour to complete. We regret any inconvenience this caused and have offered compensation through complimentary services such as breakfast, airport transfer, and late checkout. While we cannot guarantee that our facilities will be free from malfunctions all year round, we promise to address any issues promptly and do our utmost to compensate our guests.We are committed to providing excellent service and a comfortable stay for our guests. There is an Asian pharmacy directly opposite the hotel, and the Shilla Duty Free Shop next door, which really provides great convenience for your travel and shopping. We also attach great importance to the safety of our guests, and the design of swiping cards to go upstairs ensures the safety of staying. Regarding the smell of the newly renovated wooden boards you mentioned, we will continue to pay attention and try to improve it. According to the new law issued by the Korean government in March this year, the hotel is prohibited from providing disposable items. Therefore, we do not provide toothbrushes and combs.
