The service was great. Prompt attentiveness with ladies at the front desk. My room was clean and my girlfriend really loved it. The area is prime location and we were able to walk to 2 fantastic restaurants nearby. Parking is free and it was really cool. It's one of those elevator parking that stores your car. I uploaded some pictures I took of food and the room.

We booked for the night before our flight. It is very convenient as it is only around 10mins taxi from the airport. The hotel is in the city center but still surrounded by lovely flowers.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Jeju City! The room was a standard modern size, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is excellent—right across from the Shinsegae Duty-Free store and within walking distance to shops and restaurants, making it very convenient for shopping and dining.
Its proximity to the airport is a major plus, making travel stress-free. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jeju City!

The hotel was in a very convenient location. Travelling to airport in just 10 minutes, walkable distance to malls and restaurants. The staffs were super friendly and helpful, too. However, the hotel room was a bit smaller than expectation for family of three like us, unlike what was shown on the internet. Does not affect overall impression though.

The toilet door closing and locking sound is annoying / a bit loud which can disturb the partner who is sleeping. Breakfast is so so only. Toilet is always auto flush and noisy.

Pretty brand new, location is quite central. There is free parking but it’s mechanical and although they are helpful most times it’s a hassle if you forgot to take something or just want to pre load luggage before leaving. Swimming pool and shopping area inside the hotel was still under construction, no info on that was provided. Didn’t see a gym either. Overall still a good room to stay in if you just need a place to sleep. Corner suite has 1 queen and 1 king in the room
