It is self check with no reception. When I checked in, my name was not on the list same as the other guests. I called the owner , the call was cut off 3 times and some English speaking guests could not reach the owner. I was doing translator with an auntie who is a worker there. Very confusing check in process. Places need to deep cleaning. It seems having party every night , too noisy and leaving food everywhere. However, the bus station is one minute walk from the building that can take you anywhere. As they offer good price which is suitable to budget travelers.

Service isn't great, no one there to help, I needed to call 3 times, twice to ask about doing laundry as they state they offer the service. The laundry room is very dirty and has no light. There was no laundry washing liquid, so I had to buy my own, and they tried to charge me 3000 to use it, but let me use it for free since there was no washing up liquid.
Beds could do with having curtains for privacy, and the room door has a broken handle, so you can't close it, otherwise, it won't open again. The kitchen wasn't very clean either.

Customer service representative not around,so had to call her. Self checked in by ticking the box on the monitor on the check in counter on the 6th Floor, not on 7th Floor. Name of guesthouse is dubious, labelled as Lyndon/Halla Guesthouse instead of Hanra but address is the same
My empty containers were discarded by cleaner who regarded it as garbage although it was packed within my plastic bag! No compensation was offered.
