Nice location, many shops and Daiso nearby. There are a lot of residents (lots of shoes at the entrance) but generally no queue for toilets. No air conditioning at the premise that my clothes that got wet during the rain did not dry overnight (unlike the other accommodation I experienced in Japan / Korea).

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting jeju island

It's not particularly dirty, nor is it particularly clean, but it's a good value for money accommodation.
The front desk staff is not there 24 hours a day, so it can be a problem if you want to leave your luggage before check-in, but the staff were very kind.
There is a bus stop right outside the accommodation. If you walk a little to the bus stop in front of the city hall, there are more buses and many restaurants.
There is no room key, but this is not the case at other accommodations on Jeju Island, so it may be common for this type of accommodation.
It's spacious, so it was easy to use even with a lot of luggage. You can use up to two towels per person for free.
There is a convenience store near the accommodation and a restaurant near the city hall where you can eat alone. I forgot to take a photo of the accommodation, but it is as shown in the photos of other posts.

Homely place, with many long term guests. Extensive kitchen, dining room and sitting room. With seating areas in the hall. The room itself is awkwardly small. Roommate bumped into bed while going to the toilet and, as a long-term guest, pretty much took over the room. No place to hang anything because of that.
Easily accessible from the airport with direct bus.

I stayed for three nights because I met a Korean friend here. We went to play together on the second day and went to the airport together on the third day. I was very happy.

The room has no windows, the upper and lower beds are made of iron and creak when you lie down on them. The garbage in the room is scattered, no one cleans it, and the management is chaotic. The kitchen is mainly used by service staff. They have more food than guests and are piled up. The kitchen floor and the refrigerator were very dirty, and there were always waiters lying on the sofas in the public areas. Most of the rooms were partitioned, so the sound insulation effect was not good. There was no air conditioning or heating in the entire hostel, which was very... Cold, only electric blanket!
