The accommodation condition is good! The washer and dryer worked well, and there is a convenience store just down the street! The accommodation is located in the middle of Conan/Pyeongdae/Sehwa Beach, so I went to all three! The meat grilling haenyeo Gujwa black pork restaurant on the first floor of the accommodation..👍🏽 Even though I was alone, they treated me very kindly! For solo travelers like me, I recommend Handong Ijen accommodation!

It's good value for money, except that there aren't many restaurants or cafes within walking distance.

The location is great, being between Hamdeok and Seongsan, but the lack of accommodations is a shame. I enjoyed my two-day stay and the frequent trips up and down the mountain. The parking lot looks very spacious. Perhaps because it's off-season, some cars are missing from the parking lot? While the quiet is nice, the bedding and towels need to be maintained.

This accommodation offers excellent value for money. Its location, facilities, and cleanliness make it a great choice for a short-term stay.

The guest house is more like a motel. It is convenient only with your own / rented car, without a car - far from shops, beaches and other infrastructure of the island. Unfortunately, the photos did not correspond to reality (very shabby walls, some greasy streaks on the wallpaper and ceiling, not all the light bulbs work (it is very dark in the room in the evening), there is no decorative wooden wall opposite the bed. Not very clean - someone else's hair was found in the bed, many dusty places (for example, near the sink - it was unpleasant to put your things there). The towels smelled a little damp, the bed linen is not very nice quality (contains synthetics) There are not enough shelves / closet for storing things, there is only 1 hanger. On the common veranda there is an unstable table, it needs to be fixed (it can fall on your feet). In general, if all the indicated shortcomings are corrected (improve the quality of cleaning, carry out cosmetic repairs, replace light bulbs, change bed linen and towels), this accommodation can significantly improve.
