On behalf of my father I had to cancel the booking he made with Villa Petit Due to a medical emergency. The manager was extremely rude and distasteful. She rudely cut my calls when I requested her assistance. I understand policies are to be considered but some medical emergencies cannot be foreseen and customer service should remain the hotels top priority. If cancellation is not an option , provide alternatives!
