Stayed here for a music festival in Louisville. Easy access and very quiet. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and the larger flat screen tv was a plus. Definitely will stay here again amd have already booked for next year.

I was just passing through on my way to St Louis. KATIE at the front desk was so pleasant. She took the time to get us in a room that best suited our needs. Poor thing was so busy with other guests and phone calls, but she delivered great service. I would say, she could have used more help at the desk. I think something busy was happening in the city, but she handled it gracefully. I asked her what the name of her manager was, so I could leave a review and to my surprise. SHE was the manager of the hotel! We don't travel often, but I hope we stop here on our way back home.

The hotel is a bit off the highway but that makes it quiet. Hotel was clean but the lack of customer service by the front desk made the stay poor. The first night I asked about a list of restaurants close by and was told, "sorry we don't have that." I then asked for recommendations and got "no idea." On Sunday, I asked about to extend my checkout time from 11:00 to noon and was told they could only extend it until 11:30. I even mentioned I was an elite member and was told "we just can't do it." I certainly won't stay here again.

Stayed here with colleagues three nights.. very quiet, lots of parking. Front desk very professional and courteous. Rooms very clean. Decent breafast with multiple options. Easy to interstate to get downtown Louisville. Just a few minutes to get there.

We stayed here for one night on the way to Tennessee - it was modern, clean, breakfast was great and it was quiet with comfortable beds. We'd definitely stay here again - a little bit off the highway but still convenient.
