The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner was noisy, and since the breakfast area was under construction we were given a bag with an orange, a bottle of water, and a small fruit bar. Breakfast... really?

I can overlook the 5 baby black and brown roaches I killed and the German cockroach that was in my bed when I cam back from the bathroom, but the drunken loud party with music in the room next door on our last night that started at 230AM literally ran us out of the hotel. We called the office for an hour with no answer, then finally called corporate. They called and were able to reach the front desk. The front desk and a visit from the police were ineffective at stopping the noise and at 5AM (with only 2.5 hours of sleep) we had had enough, so we packed up our stuff and checked out at 7AM. The hotel refused to refund us for this night. Our plan was to sleep in and get up at 930 for 11AM checkout, then do our 7 hour drive to our next hotel. Totally unacceptable.

Meh... Entire place smells like Indian food. Whole place is kinda trashy to be honest. The room was very mediocre, thermostat didn't work, and smelled like hot Indian food all night. I wish I was joking. Questionable people staying here. I wouldn't recommend. Unfortunate that I didn't spot the issues before booking.

Not the greatest The rooms were nothing to write home about. There was a spider in the tub. Not that big of a deal but show how often the room was used. My overall impression was you get what you pay for.

Front desk clerk needs a talking to!! The only concern I had was at checkout no one was around to check me out. However, the housekeeper assisted in helping me find the front desk clerk. Who in my opinion should be fired if this keeps happening to customers, Seems as if she sends people around to see if we are checking out and then checks us out so they can disappear. She told me that I had gotten a receipt but I had never seen her before and didn’t get one. She didn’t know how to print it and got this nice man to help her retrieve it’s Plus my receipt did not match my payment.

Derby Weekend Hotel Hotel smelled like smoke. Very dated. Bathroom sink and tub were clogged somewhat so they backed up. Hotel staff went knocking on every door to try to find an air fryer that is supposed to be in the hotel. Walls were thin so we could hear the tvs next door. Towels and bedding seemed clean enough. Not too bad for the price but won't stay here again

Wow, first walking in the place was light bright and airy which I liked cleaned things I did not like was thin walls and I was told the Internet was out for the TV but not sure if I really believe that because I was fine using my tablet. The price was good and that is good because there was no breakfast
