I loved this hotel! Great service! Very relaxing. The pool was nice and comfortable. I enjoyed everything about my stay. Even made sure we had enough clean towels. They were very attentive and made sure my stay was a success

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. My only complaint was that I could not roll my wheelchair into the bathroom and shut the door.

Last night there there was a group that checked in had around 8 kids under the age of 13 in 1 room qnd the adults in another. The kids were yelling and screaming slamming things against the walls for 2 hrs finally had to call front desk around 1130

Check in was smooth a lot of people around the desk talking to the receptionist but she was nice. Our bathroom floor was very sticky, yucky, lock on door broke too tired to complain. Stay was good ovr

Windows old and couldn’t see out to our car. Tub faucet sticking out an inch from the wall, and you could see the pipe behind. Beds were good. Room size good. Breakfast great.

Unfortunately, for the last 2 nights of my stay, an infant or toddler was crying and screaming across the hall from me until midnight. It's a good thing I'm deaf in one ear as I could lay on my good ear and muffle most of the noise. The hotel staff also 'forgot' to provide maid service on one of the days so I'm not sure what that was about. Other than that, it was an acceptable to good hotel stay.

The rooms were clean, quiet and very comfortable. The staff was extremely polite and friendly. The area had several nice places to eat and it was in close proximity to the highway.

They overbooked our room. Gave us an upgrade but the room was not handicapped accessible. Then every time we left the room our room keys wouldn't work to get us back in. We had to go back to the front desk and get more room keys. It made for a not pleasant experience.

very nice looking, classy interior.. ,big tv , hot strong shower, great internet even on the 3rd floor. beds a bit hard but okay. many pillows, many towels, great breakfast selection, nice warm clean pool and pool area, everyone i met that worked there was great, friendly and more personable and welcoming than most places we stay and we stay alot of different areas ,, overall, best for price, , every thing in the are, shopping , ease of interstate, access and restaurants

We enjoy the property and the location . We have booked for.our yearly trip to Louisville next year!

It was close to our temporary job which made it easy to get back and forth. Had good gas stations and many restaurants around it. Had a good breakfast every morning just wish they had pancakes and waffles. Im not a waffle person every morning.

Easy access. Breakfast started to early and was finished before I could get at 9:30.

The women on the front desk, apologies I’ve forgotten her name, was exceptional. Thank you

Loved the place it was clean staff was friendly and breakfast was standard. Bed was hard as a rock.
