Rachel at the front desk was great. Very friendly, room is clean, the floor is quiet, good place to stop while traveling.

Check-in was quick and staff was very friendly & helpful. The only negative was the bed pillows. They went flat immediately. We know to bring our pillows on the next visit.

Stayed during annual booked out time for all hotels in area due AAU tournaments. Therefore hotels should have contingency plan. Getting TOWELS/WASH CLOTHS should not have been an issue, but it was!! Otherwise my stay was good 👍.

My overall experience was good. I stayed for 4 nights. The room was nice, clean and comfortable with great amenities. The front desk was helpful and polite with the exception of one woman at the front desk that was beyond rude. It takes a great deal for me to think someone is rude. I am very easy going and don’t mind overlooking many things. I will not bore you with this details, but this woman was so rude (insinuated that I was lying) that when I return in a few days for a seven night stay, I will not be returning to this hotel. Why, when my overall experience was good? Because when I addressed this with another employee, because the manager was not there, I was told that they get complaints about this employee all of the time. No thank you.

The room was clean and in good condition. The mattress was very disappointing. The microwave did not revolve. The shower gel dispenser was empty.
Although the room was clean, it was a little disappointing for the rate I paid. Doubtful that we will stay at a Hilton Garden again.

Hotel and room was clean, staff was polite and helpful. Only negative about the stay was the shower, no water pressure at all. Overall would definitely recommend.

Customer service extremely rude, bloody bedding, had to ask for the room to be cleaned 3 times, given hassle for asking for extra towels, advertised pool and spa…there is no spa!
