The hotel is clean, the service is perfect, the breakfast is very good, and if you have any problems, call the Egyptian Mohammed, he solved all the problems, gave you tips, and if you want to talk about philosophy, talk to Mohammed.

Everyone I encountered were eager to support. The rooms are specious and well equipped, but a bit warm, seems there is an issue with the AC system. Food was much beyond my expectations. Special thanks to Abdulaziz from the front desk and Muhammad from F&B team.

It was a very nice day for the rest and the quiet hotel was a great cool, and I'm always going down in it, and the breakfasts are delicious and the rooms are great and very clean, and the hotel is quiet near the sea, the fountain of grandmother and Palestine Street, the walk, and there are also a lot of nearby restaurants and very wonderful restaurants.

The staff is fantastic and humble specially Mr Fares. What really motivated me to write this review is his hospitality and humble nature. My colleagues and i was the only vegetarian in the hotel and there was no options for vegetarian in hotel buffet. So we requested Mr Fares that we can't have this can we have something in vegetarian and he accepted the request and asked the chef to prepare something for us. And later on he kept on Asking about our well-being. Mr fares and his team members really made our stay comfortable. I really appreciate him for his wonderful hospitality. ☺️

Stayed here for one night. Location is good but there was a lot of construction and not direct access to the corniche...have to walk over 20 minutes to get to the corniche area. I expected to at least be able to get to the corniche side quickly but that wasnt the case. The nice thing about the hotel is it seems that the furniture and finishes are new so its cleaner than other hotels ive stayed in on the trip and you could feel the newness of everything. The breakfast was also nice. The only con was that i booked for 2 adults and 2 kids and was told at checking that we will be provided extra beds. When it was time to sleep the room's sofa was not a sofa bed and when i asked for extra beds for the kids to sleep the housekeeping wanted to charge us. They made me wait 45 minutes in the middle of the night until 12.30am to provide the beds after much explaining about my booking and entitlement as i booked for 2 adults and 2kids - if i had booked for only 2 adults, i would totally understand having to pay for the children's extra beds but I had paid a pricey one night stay and did they expect my kids to sleep on the floor...after much discussions, they finally provided the bed but i was very tired and my kids had to stay up way past their bed time to wait for the arrangement. The staff should be more trained to be proactive and empowered to take these decision quickly to avoid disappointment of the guests. The next day the duty manager came to know of my issue and came and acknowledged it personally which was highly appreciated. I thank him for paying attention to his guests and hope this issue doesnt occur with others again.

The disadvantage is that there are no slippers, no clean bath towels and bedding, and the gym is not open. I originally planned to book this hotel because it has a gym, but I didn’t expect it to be under maintenance. I don’t know if I placed the order without paying attention or the hotel itself didn’t indicate it on Ctrip. other ok

I must commend the hotel for maintaining the highest standards of service over the many years (20) I have been staying there on business. A lot of this is down to the dedication and attention to detail provided by the staff - especially those who have loyally worked in the hotel for years. I want in particular to highlight the personal attention and service that Mr Aslam provides not just to me but to every customer. He is a real ambassador for the hotel. A star!

We booked here after our tour company booked us into another “4” star hotel that was terrible. Booked with 10 mins notice - room was ready when we got there. Extremely happy with our decision to book address - hotel is modern, decent size rooms , Dead Sea products in the bathroom - extra large comfy bed - large buffet with omelette and pancake station. Gym wasn’t open as it was being renovated but not essential. About 5 mins walk from cornice and walking distance to many restaurants. Highly recommend if needing to stay in Jeddah with an exceptional 4 star hotel.

The property doesn't live up to Radisson Blu properties in other destinations. The furniture was dated and slightly damaged in our room, there was a weird powder smell in all common areas, and hospitality was lacking. Service is not something the team members at this hotel seem to be measured on or seem to respect. During check in, the staff was almost dismissive. We arrived in the morning (obviously we'll before the official check in), and one staff member asked us to be seated since checkin would not begin until 3pm rather than allowing us to speak to the available agent- we had to tell him multiple times that we wanted to speak with reception. The lunch service in the restaurant was also quite odd. We were asked to return for lunch later since they wanted to clean- when asked about their hours and when they would reopen, we were told they are 24/7 so we could order room service. We told the host that we could see other guests enjoying lunch so wondered why they could eat when they were ”closing”, so they eventually let us eat lunch. Additionally, this property also does not have a concierge so was unable to help book anything other than car service, and the car service support was marginal at best. When requesting car services on multiple occasions, the exchanges were odd like we were inconveniencing them with the request. Lastly, the hotel may seem convenient to some establishments down the road. Walk at your own risk as the cars traveling in this road travel very quickly and the shoulder for walking isn't very defined.
