Second time staying here, the location is very good, mainly close to Chinese restaurants, a five-minute walk. Everything is good, but there is construction outside the window. A large car came at two in the morning, making a huge noise and affecting my sleep. I hope this won't happen again next time.
It's ok to stay here. No towels for showering is a problem. Wi-Fi signal is sometimes good and sometimes bad. Noise is a problem. It may be because of the room. But for 287, why would you want a bicycle?

It's OK. I'll consider it next time. I don't know but where is OK. If we have the opportunity and time to get reimbursed, we can go there to play. But which city is unsafe? I don't know if we will have the opportunity to go there in the future. One photo is a bit too little. We will go there again, although it is not safe.

A very stylish hotel. Similar to the Ritz-Carlton in Riyadh. Both are as luxurious as a palace. The staff are all very polite and of high quality. It is defined as a four-star hotel probably because there is no swimming pool. It is considered a high-standard hotel in Jeddah.
Absolutely surprising hotel. The front desk is open 24 hours a day. It is not only available during a certain period of time as registered by Ctrip. Maybe the front desk saw that I was traveling with a boy, so they took the initiative to give me a two-bedroom suite. The room was very spacious and clean, and the facilities were relatively new. What deserves praise is the kitchen facilities, which are all available and suitable for families traveling with children.
One Cheapest international chain hotel in Jeddah.. small no view room, bit Humid carpet. Water at bathroom but yellow. Old furnished, with firm bed matras.
Breakfast not that bad..but no standby cooker at the egg stay, lazy for service.
They lock the fitness center and the pool. You have to ask them if you want to use it.
Amazing service - great hotel and amazing reception who accommodated me well and treated me excellently. Thank you so much all. Thank you for the cake.
Quiet laid back Hotel. Big room. Relatively new bedding and towels. Nice design. There was a Microwave in the room which was surprising. Still a bit pricy for what is actually offered. Breakfast was good.
The Wifi connection in the room was horrible which was really annoying , and they don't seem to be bothered about fixing it as they just send a worker to reset the router.
Propably because it's not an issue for the mostly Saudi guests who already have their Data service, but if you are a visitor you will struggle with this.

Great
RRachael LilaUnfortunately the cleaning to the room could have been improved upon, quite a lot of dust in the carpet.
Disappointed that we were told that we can swap the breakfast with shour at the time of checking to be told no at 3am in the morning and that we had to order breakfast in the room.
We ordered American breakfast which consisted of a one egg omelette and two pancakes.
GGuest UserThe hotel is close to the sea. You can enjoy the scenery along the seaside in the evening. Jeddah’s seafood is abundant and cheap. The Japanese food in the hotel is also very good.
ZZhengwuAnyway, the room is large with a living room and a bedroom, but from the back of the ceiling, there was a strange sound related to electricity throughout my stay. The staff is unfriendly.
