The room is spacious. I stayed in 4 cities and this hotel is the biggest. Breakfast is plentiful. There is another café as well as the main dining room on the ground level. Layout of the bathroom is a bit strange. There is no door of shower cubicle. The water will flow into the floor from the shower booth. Right after we checked in, I took a very quick shower. Still the water went outside of the shower cubicle. After me, another took a proper shower, the entire floor of the bathroom got wet. I think the floor should be a bit slanted and water must be flooding from the shower cubicle itself. Water barrier must not be equipped properly. You can expect the following in the room; - Wi-Fi - Complimentary water and drink - TV - AC - Mini fridge - safe - room service There is a hypermarket in walking distance but they are closed around 1100 or 1200 for praying, check their opening time. Our group went to an Egyptian eatery nearby for dinner. It seems like there is a Syrian restaurant as well. Hotel reception doesn’t exchange currency. Prepare enough local currency if you don’t want to use your CC. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop. The view is good, you may want to go up to check. There is gym as well

The room was great and very spacious. The staff were also courteous and helpful. One thing however, was that I was billed twice. Although it was my mistake that I forgot that I paid online initially, but they still asked me for payment upon check in, which again, I totally forgot that I paid online. They said there was something wrong with their billing department. Anyway, had a good time. Will definitely visit again.

Amazing gym with all the equipment you need with a nice city view the membership is 2500SR/year if you want to pay monthly and 2000SR if you pay 6 months in advance I recommend it 100% nice staff with an amazing smile always.

GGuest UserI stayed for 4 days in this hotel as part of quarantine package in the month of feb 22. Amazing room with all digital controlled circuits be it curtains, room lighting, cooling system. Beautiful decorated spacious rooms. Food was better than expected. Being vegetarian, I know my options were going to be very limited but chef really helped me by making veg pastas and falafel sandwich etc. I would like to stay here again, for sure not under quarantine package, to explore more on the available facilities. Here I would like to give special thanks to the reception team (sorry I forgot the name of the lady and the guy on the reception ) who were always ready to helped me and assist at each and every steps during quarantine. A will surely stay again in this hotel.

We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment, which featured two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a cozy living room. The kids absolutely loved it, especially the smart TV, which kept them entertained all day.
Breakfast offered a nice selection of Arabic dishes, and the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of cafeterias. We’d definitely book this place again on our next visit!

NNurhidayahThe best hotel u can find around here. Its new and super clean. Even though its a boutique hotel but its way much better then paying for an expensive hotels with outdated interior. Definitely worth the price and location is nearby to corniche and other places by driving. Next to it is such a convenient panda hypermart. Definitely the best option around here. And its big!

The receptionist was making strange jokes which was unprofessional. We were told to call from room if we needed anything. Telephone was not working when we tried to call reception and inform that there were no towels in the room. I had to go down to reception from the 5th floor to ask for towels. The breakfast was of low quality. Better not to eat the breakfast. Room needs refurbishment. Would not recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel ever.

GGuest UserVery good hotel. After finding our booked accommodation was less than suitable at another hotel we booked into Alertiqaa at the last minute late at night. We should have chosen this hotel first. It was close to the airport, clean, well staffed and the room was very impressive. The room was very modern, great large bed, hot shower, clean bathroom and very quiet at night. For the money we paid it was excellent value. Special mention must be made of Mohammad who checked us in patiently and professionally. He made a somewhat stressful situation much easier. And the portering staff were extremely helpful Everyone could converse in English and they were always smiling and available when needed. All in all I couldn't fault our stay at all If you're in Jeddah and need good accommodation close to the airport for business or a holiday then go no further than Alertiqaa Palace. Highly recommended!

MMustaqA clean hotel, feels fresh and new . Location is close to many shops and restaurants. The hotel comes under a 5 star category and I disagree. They provided a washing machine but no dryer , clothes rack. So if you don’t have time to get it dry, pack your wet clothes to airport. The amenities were above standard but can’t call it a 5 star quality.

AAnonymous UserThe price of the hotel is quite reasonable in Saudi Arabia. The room is large, the lighting is good, and the cost performance is high. There is a big fountain next to it, and it is very beautiful by the sea. The location is still good, and it is convenient to eat and shop around. The disadvantage is that the facilities are relatively old. The hotel system is really interesting. They arranged a room that has not been checked out, and you have to go to the front desk to change it. The door lock is particularly difficult to open. It depends on luck every time you open the door. It takes many attempts to open it when you ask the waiter to open it. There is no chair in the room to use the computer, but there is a sofa outside, so you can make do with it. In general, it is still good, and the flaws do not outweigh the merits.

Hotel does not have breakfast but there are shops and supermarkets within walking distance from the hotel so food is not an issue.
Not all hotel staff speaks English but there is someone there who can assist.
