"It was very nice staying. We were seeking staycation with family. So we could achieve it. Hotel is a bit old but very clean and well organized. And room is renovated. Valet was also good. However, kids cannot use indoor pool. Only outdoor pool is available for all family members. But I could enjoy my own time at sauna. Food also amazing."

"We were friendly received by the receptionist oldane and staff mizanon. The security officers are also friendly. The room was clean. Good Wi-Fi at the room and in the hotel. You can even check out until 14:00 and think with you. A large shopping mall at walking distance. In short, a fine hotel with good location with friendly people. A recommender!"

"I visited for the first time because of a business trip abroad.
It wasn't the main building, but the building next door.
The facilities weren't the latest, but they were clean.
I ate dinner at the hotel because of the travel time to go downtown.
The food was okay. ㅎㅎ
I also paid for breakfast separately (no discount if you don't pay in advance).
They took a deposit similar to the accommodation fee. TT
It hasn't been cancelled even after 2 days. ㅎㅎ"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Jeddah. The location is perfect, close to major attractions and shopping areas. The staff were very professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The facilities, including the gym and pool, were well-maintained and added extra value to my stay.

GGuest UserThis is a pretty well located hotel. I got a good deal on trip.com so I overlooked the fact its kitchenette and bathroom had seen better days. Service was fine - there is no breakfast but the hotel is right next to a number of good eateries on Falesteen Street. The bed and bedding were especially good and the bedroom was large with plenty of storage space and a terrific big picture window. Recommend.

MMarj Limit's devastating to ask for an invoice for 2 months for my 5 days stay. called both the manager and the front desk - Ahmed and Shaker and they just give lip service without action!
I was asked to move to another hotel during their ramadan season without prior notice and was informed that it would be better than this hotel. unfortunately went into a small hotel without hot water for shower. I paid and requested to refund as I had to find another hotel the same day, but was rejected.
what I want to say is the responsibility level of the manager in this jeddah grand hotel is very poor. I will never stay in this hotel again

PPhil D JonesThe hotel appears brand new and is therefore in great decorative order. However, we booked 2 single beds and was given a double bed. The room only had 1 towel and there wasn't a kettle or any tea/kettle. Also there wasn't any WiFi available in the rooms. Furthermore I had to give a deposit on entry which I thought was a bit weird given this is a hotel where people stay for a maximum of 12 hours whilst they wait for the next flight. On the positive side the staff were very helpful and the room came with 2 bottles of complimentary water. I would stay here again if I had a long connection time as it does the job.
