The staff are so accomodating and they even allow my sister and my brother in law to stay longer in the room. The room is big and so clean. Near to airport. Amazing experience!

We had 2 bedrooms, The cleanliness of the rooms and the bathrooms was bad, the carpets are very old, stained with big stains, which makes the room stink. The first day, our rooms weren’t cleaned even though we had the “clean my room” sign on the door, and the excuse was we had too much work!!!!! Shower floors are full of mold. It seems there’s a problem with providing towels, as they remove it daily when cleaning and never replace it unless we remind them, giving excuses that the laundry didn’t send the towels today!!!!! Housekeeping are not trained, unsupervised, and rude. Needs a real uplift as a whole.

Well located and conveniently close to the convention centre. Room, is clean. Staff is always smiling. But, their limited english makes service very hard. Breakfast is the only thing on their menu, and there is one choice =＞ what ever the chef is in the mood to give, you will get. Don't ask for anything else. There is no room service, and there is no cleaning service. No chamber maids in this hotel. Room is never done, and sheets are the same during your entire stay. If you need more than 1 towel, you will need to ask for it. If you run out of toilet paper ... well, good luck. The room is set at 24C, which should be comfortable, except the air condition pumps it out at 16C. So wear a sweater to bed, or simply turn it off. Staff is super friendly. They will recognise you on the street and say hi. I have never seen that anywhere else in the world. Price per night is decent for a 3* hotel, there is choice in the neighbourhood, you might want to check reviews of the other places close by.

Our coach to the cruise pier was cancelled by the coach company, the staff there worked very hard to help finding another one, it was not easy because of the Ramadan season👍👍👍
