Previously managed by Oberoi - due to Covid the hotel is quite dull but still better in this vicinity comparatively okay.

it's devastating to ask for an invoice for 2 months for my 5 days stay. called both the manager and the front desk - Ahmed and Shaker and they just give lip service without action!
I was asked to move to another hotel during their ramadan season without prior notice and was informed that it would be better than this hotel. unfortunately went into a small hotel without hot water for shower. I paid and requested to refund as I had to find another hotel the same day, but was rejected.
what I want to say is the responsibility level of the manager in this jeddah grand hotel is very poor. I will never stay in this hotel again
