The location is perfect as it was close to a restaurant and provisions store. However, the bathroom had a strong smell from moisture with tiny insects coming from the drain. As a result, the whole apartment smelled bad that I had to complain to them where I requested to have the room changed and ended getting and liquid air freshener sprayed in the apartment unannounced, where I stopped the spray at the lounge area due to strong smell from the air freshener as well. There was no towel in the bathroom until after I requested for it.
There was loud music played by the person next door around 1:30 am, which I had to call the receptionist to address it
Also, the advert mentioned the place as Areen Naeem Hotel whereas it actually a serviced apartment.
