Love the breakfast! Stayed for 4 night but wishes I get better room as mine with no view. Very spacious room too! The bellboy are quite friendly and nice especially the Pakistani uncle. Overall 4.5 out of 5

It’s hard trying to contact the front desk, and they didn’t confirm my payment which led to them talking money from my account twice, they apologised and refunded me but I would recommend to be careful

A bit old hotel, servicecis good, but breakfast is less alternative

Construction around the hotel disturbs the window views, but spacious, clean rooms. Friendly staff who offered me free mini-bar drinks/food during my stay. Beautiful pool, sauna, steam, and cold bath in the basement which I used in the morning. A nice place to relax and unwind after meetings.

The hotel is located on the shore of the Red Sea. The floors are not high and the facilities have history. It should be one of the oldest five-star hotels in Jeddah. The hotel staff, such as the front desk staff and porters, are very enthusiastic.

The breakfast is quite rich, and there is a big steak later in the evening. You can cut it yourself and it tastes pretty good. The hotel is very clean, but the floor is slippery after taking a shower, so you need to be careful. There is a warehouse supermarket about ten minutes away from the hotel.

The service was very good, friendly and smiling throughout the process. The room was also very good and clean, which is rare in Arabia. The most important thing is that the bedding is very good. From Riyadh to the intercontinental sleeping bag in Jeddah, the bedding experience is amazing.

The overall service is very satisfactory and I hope it will continue.

Although the facility itself is old, the level of service is high and satisfaction is high. It doesn't feel that crowded, so you can have a relaxing time.

You can see the world-famous fountain right outside the hotel. There are red sea mall and Chinese restaurants nearby (5 minutes away). It can be said to be very convenient. It is right on the edge of the Red Sea, which is very convenient. But the hotel is relatively old and the facilities are relatively old. Overall, it is cost-effective.
