An exceptionally luxurious hotel with beautiful surroundings in a great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautifully decorated hotel interiors in an Arabic style. Highly recommended!

第一次住一家酒店感覺是買了個牌子，希爾頓旗下的華爾道夫，説實話明明是共享資源希爾頓那邊價格更便宜，當然理解品牌定位可能就是高一級。但是服務並沒有跟上啊，入住基本就見到了三位工作人員，沒有人幫忙拉行李，入住也就一個懶洋洋的前台，還有一個很不得了的非洲門僮，因為去游泳SpA層需要他的卡，他還會拿着權限質疑一下客人。總體來説無服務可言，也有可能是這個就是超奢高冷定位。第一次遇見2000➕不含早餐的酒店，要吃早餐還得去希爾頓那邊。整體感覺住了個寂寞，如果一定追求地理位置那旁邊希爾頓便宜一半也能享受，關鍵人樓下就有buffet。為華而不實買一次單

An amazing hotel with very professional and friendly staff. Our bedroom was large with very comfortable beds lots of high-quality amenities that were refreshed on a daily basis. Highly recommend the hotel if you’re looking for clean quality quiet environment

This is honestly one of the most luxurious hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room was beautiful, very private, and the butler service was amazing—super quick to handle any request no matter the time. The whole place is so well kept and really feels like a palace. The only small downside is that to use the men’s pool you have to go to the Hilton next door. But there are plenty of other things to enjoy, like a huge gym and different racket sports, so you never run out of activities. A special shoutout to Abdullah Dafterdar at reception. He was so kind, patient, and helpful when I had a payment issue at checkout. He explained everything clearly and even went out of his way to help me with the difference on the final bill. On top of that, he shared a lot of great info about the city and places to visit. Waldorf is really lucky to have him!

Im not sure I ever stayed in a more beautiful property than the Waldorf in Jeddah! From all my texts with the front desk staff answered so quickly, to the room upgrade, and the incredible attention to detail to each and every room I walked in and out off, it was perfect! I was promptly greeted by Abdullah from the front desk, who was extremely professional, friendly, and gave me great insights on the city. He went out of his way multiple times, as even walked me across the street and watched the really cool fireworks show for National Day. The room was completely insane, as it is one of the most beautiful rooms I've ever stayed at anywhere in the World. The decor, the big chandelier, the spacious comfortable bed, and the amazing shower pressure, it was amazing. The welcome drink and the extensive snack display was also a nice gesture! The rest of the property was also just sublime. The giant chandelier in the middle of the staircase, the multiple rooms with stunning designs, and the outstanding breakfast, just added more to my stay. Mohamed who served me breakfast was also an all-star, as he also took time to gave me great insights on what to do in the city. I will never forget my stay here, not only because I felt like a rock star the entire time, but because of all the incredible amenities available. The 12th floor lounge next door at the Hilton, and their amazing pools and gym also added to this. But more importantly, Ill never forget my stay because of Abdullah and Mohammed who welcomed me in their country with open arms, and made me feel like part of their family. Shukran!
